Mothers Day Competition

Today brings you the details of the mothers day competition brought to you by the Samaflora blog. 

You could win one of these beautiful bouquets featuring 12 stunning shimmer roses. The picture below is an example, not the one you will receive, but uses the same gorgeous papers.

You can win this prize either for yourself, or for someone special like your mum, and we can post out to either them or yourselves if you win.

To enter all you have to do is leave a comment below telling me who you would give it to (or keep for yourself) and why you would give it to them.

You have until 6pm on Thursday 20th March to get your entries in, and the winner will be announced on Friday 21st March on the blog.

The winner will be chosen by random number generation and the winner announced on the blog, so you must check back and see if you are the winner and get in contact. If there is no contact by 5pm on Monday 24th March the winner will be redrawn to ensure they get the prize by mothers day.

Good morning all, hope you all have a brilliant day, I'm dropping my little monster off at nursery shortly, going to asda shopping and then I am going to see the lego movie! yay 

Yesterday saw 3 of the samaflora team go to a new wholesaler to have a look at new papers and things to bring you many more new flowers, this will see in due course a new very limited edition, that will not be able to be repeated, so keep an eye out for more details of that.

I am also in the process of coming up with ideas for the mothers day giveaway, hoping to have that posted very soon so you can all enter, keep checking back to see if I have posted yet.

I'm still looking for peoples makes with our flowers, noone has sent me any yet so please do so I have some more pretty pictures to share :(

We have a winner

My special guest judge decided to be camera shy this morning and refused to be filmed choosing her winner, so instead we have a picture of the winner.

Giveaway

It seems some of you are having problems in adding a photo to the giveaway, hopefully this will help you.....

To start you need to be on this link here - Enter here

Next you need to find the URL of the photo you are wanting to add, this needs to already be online somewhere such as facebook, to find the URL you need to find the image, right click on it, and you should get the option to 'copy link location' you should then add that where it says link back on inlinkz.

For link title please use your name, and then your email address.

Under Image Source you need to select the Image URL option, then paste the image url into that box again and click load, the image you are trying to submit should then appear in the box, click select under that image, and then done.

Your image should now appear in the giveaway :)

Please don't link to your blog in the top box, as I cannot then make the images larger then which will make choosing a winner harder for my little judge. Feel free to leave your blog address in the comments though so people can check them out

Giveaway time!

So, its time for the first blog giveaway, and up for grabs is 3 dozen of the BRAND NEW rose flowers, in a vintage style.

  (these aren't the actual ones you will receive, picture of the actual flowers to be uploaded later but I wanted to get the giveaway started)

To be in with a chance of winning all you have to do is comment below, and include an image of something you have made using Samaflora flowers. This could be a card, a headband, decoration on a frame, it could be anything as long it is using at least one Samaflora flower.

You could also share the blog somewhere to get us more viewers, although this isn't a requirement of the giveaway.

You will have until 9am on Sunday morning to submit your pictures, and I shall have a very special guest judge pick her favourite after breakfast on Sunday

sent cards in to Papercraft inspirations and had her pictures published in the March 2014 issue. She used Samaflora flowers on them, so we also got a mention!

This is great for us, and you should all check out Crafty Little Creations too, as she makes the most wonderful cards.

Journals@Samaflora

This week saw Sam decide to merge her Handmade with Love and Samaflora pages together, as she could not dedicate the time to both pages, Handmade with love is no more, and instead you can now get beautiful bespoke handmade journals from Samaflora instead.

If you would like to get your hands on a journal like any of the ones below, or in any other style you like, then you should contact Sam and have one made, they really are excellent.

 

So today saw the prize draw being held for the 1000 likes giveaway. The very special draw picker arrived at Samaflora HQ after nursery and as you can see below he had lots of fun picking a winner, (you can also check the samaflora facebook page for the most adorable video of him doing the draw), not bad for a 10 month old :)

 

After lots of encouragement to give us just one piece of the many bits of paper in the box, he finally did and we had a winner, who just happened to be......

Good morning all from admin Clarey. 

I am here to take over the running of the Samaflora blog from today, as Sam is just too busy making flowers, and I now have the internet at home yay.

Its crazy busy at Samaflora today, with the draw being held for the 1000 likes giveaway later on today! If you haven't already entered you don't have long left to do so.

I've never really done blogging before, so if anyone has any hints and tips for me please let me know, I am looking forward to being able to bring you new products and photos.
